Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. [Add or remove destinations to match your Shopify shipping zones.]

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within [1] business days. Orders placed after 2pm ET, or on a weekend or public holiday, begin processing the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned.

Transit times are carrier estimates from the day of dispatch, not guarantees, and don't include the processing time above. Weather, customs, and carrier backlogs can add days.

Import duties and taxes

Your total at checkout is the total you pay. We ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis: estimated US import duties, tariffs, and fees are calculated and collected at checkout, and we pay them on your behalf. You should not receive a bill from the carrier on delivery.

If a carrier does invoice you for import charges on an order where you already paid duties at checkout, send us the invoice at [msluxe110@gmail.com] and we'll reimburse you.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, where we're required to collect it.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. If tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, email us and we'll open a carrier investigation.

Lost, stolen, and delayed parcels

• Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbours and building management, then contact us within 7 days. We'll file a claim with the carrier.
• Lost in transit: once the carrier confirms the loss, we replace the order or refund it in full.
• Delayed: we'll chase the carrier with you. We can't refund shipping charges for delays outside our control.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll refund the item price minus shipping and any customs charges, or re-ship at your cost.
